Poser 310 – Circuit Court Minute Books, 1683

This week's poser is passage from Circuit Court Minute Books of the High Court of Justiciary, and dates to 1683 (National Records of Scotland, JC10/3 page 95).

The hand is fairly regular and typical secretary hand. The ink blot in line 4 causes minor problems. Watch particularly out for the letter thorn, abbreviations and phonetic spellings.
